how the weekend was spent
sat morning was spent on the soccer court playing a 'farewell' footie match for one of my friend's friend's friend. sad to say, he's one of those nice people whom you meet during certain activities and will never ever meet again if it ceases.
and moving on, the rest of the day was bout the BBQ at joey's place involving Stel, Aaron, me and joey of course!
the 'hunt' for food was done at a certain Tesco-land. Tesco-land is the modern hunting ground where meat, vegetable, water and fuel is plentiful at a certain cost.
and being the skilful 'hunters' that we were, the hunt was exceptionally successful.
spicy bbq chicken wings, beef pattie, buns, sausages, coke, pork ribs and crisps were all 'buy-one-get-one free' items.
but the catch was too bountiful and we only managed to devour everything the next day over dinner.
the rest of the weekend was pretty uneventful. almost everyone has flew home and there are just a handful of us.
Oh Oh, before i forget, check out the new Rado V10K watch. it has a black ceramic face, harden with some sort of carbon crystal and it has a solid coloured wrist strap. NICE! one of the watches that i always wanted is a Rado watch. the first time i lay eyes on a Rado was when i was 14. the model that i saw was completely black and i think it cost bout 2200 dollars in Singapore then. the V10K, it cost bout 2500 pounds! =)
or you can check out the Raymond Weil, Othello. it's less pricey at 500 pounds.
