rain god

i've gotta blog this one.

there was this asian guy on the dance floor yesterday, he was full of energy and dancing all over the floor. he was jumping, boucing up and down, his hands was moving up and down, rolling in circular motion, shaking his head... he dances really well if he's worshipping the rain god or some thing! he's hilarious i tell you! if he clubs like this every day, he's probably the reason for the crap weather in london!

maybe i can invite one of you girls to club with me at Yates =)

Yates

i cant remember when was the last time i went clubbing and i didnt get drunk! today's probably the first time! it wasn't that i'm not in the mood to get drunk because you all know that i am a pissed-head, but the pint of beer after 2 bottles of Magner's felt disgusting! so disgusting that i stopped drinking for the night.

anyway, i was 'clubbing' at Yates and to get into the place was interesting. there's no cover charge but every man had to be accompanied by a lady. in other words, every guy has to bring a lady in.

the most energetic dancer, lady dancer of course was a chinese girl dancing to every song and music. she doesnt exactly have the moves, but she was really moving alright. the lady who has the move is my colleague. she was on the stage with the pole and every guy wanted a piece of her.

this colleague hates me. every time she calls me, she will call me by my full name and when we put down the phone, she will always say f*** off. she's also crazy coz she took my burger and slapped me with it, then again, i forgive her coz she kissed me a few times. haha.

bleh, all is fun with the boys. just hanging out, chill and have fun.

and naturally, there were lots of girls but there was this really pretty girl. WOW-WEE! i think she's frence or spanish. but! i always forget the faces of those really really beautiful women and i dont know why.

well, time to sleep or see if J's online to chat. ta everyone.

they dont fit each other!

the red cleats, red ankle guards and red socks do not fit!
dont get me wrong, they all look very good!
BUT!!! when i put them on:
-the ankle guard is too thick and because of the high arch that i have on the bottom of my feet, it hurts when i wear the ankle guards and cleats together!
-then the boots are alittle too big and my feet slides about inside the cleats and i got blisters! freaking hurt when the blisters burst!

SIGH!
what a waste! they all look good but doesnt match!

i'm aching, briuses and sprains. i'm really not up for this running about but i shall start building my stamina and muscles.
damn Jamie nudged me when we were chasing for the ball and i flew onto the ground. this should also help when i walk along the streets in london and shoulder nudge those assholes who nudge their shoulders into me first.

last of my 4-day weekend

here's a shocker.
i played my first tennis game today!
it's pretty fun esp when the weather is nice!
but i gotta remember a few important points!
the most important point is that it's not badminton! and i gotta lock my wrist as i strike the ball!
footwork is not as important compared to badminton and i find the swinging of the arm awkward. oh well, maybe i am just not used to it.

spring has finally arrival in london, so there's more time to kill. well, there's more daylight now which means that there's the opportunity to do things after work on weekdays. i am specifically referring to footie after work. once again, we are going to 'train' at Hyde Park every week for the company's 5-aside tournament if possible, subjected to champion league games, weather and free booze.

and let's hope Weeyang brings frisbee training back to Lincoln's Inn on Saturdays.

time to get ready for bed and work tomorrow =)

Grand National

The Grand National - 4 miles long and 30 fences

the famous 4:15pm race had a false start

when it started, 3 of my horses fell on the first jump and NUMBERSIXVALVERDE was at the end of the pack

a horse called SHOTGUN WILLY was the early leader and other weird names were DIRECT ACCESS, JUST IN DEBT...

BALLYCASSIDY was leading towards the end but it fell at the 25th jump (Valentine's)

then the 2 favourites, HEDGEHUNTER and CLANROYAL were leading till the last jump but NUMBERSIXVALVERDE emerged the winner.

what an exciting race!
okay! i had vested interested in the race!
but still, it was good fun and i'm 13 pounds up!
virgin horse betting and i am 13 pounds up! reminds me of my virgin Texas-Holdem and i won 50 pounds!

THE BETTING SLIP

MY BREAKFAST and it's not Mac's

this, this or this

work is s***, so during lunchtime, i accompanied Daniel to the Apple Store as he's getting an i-pod for his gf.

Mistake!

i went into the store and starting playing with the toys and i like the Nano very much =) i'm very tempted to buy one esp when i can claim 17.5% VAT when i leave UK.

how how how...

let's be practical, i cant afford the watches and cars in the previous posts, so this's something more affordable.

i am also considering the Zen Microphoto or Zen Neeon. interestingly, the Zen Neeon is not available in the UK, well at least not on the Creative website i went. then again, the Zen Sleek Photo is not available in Singapore.

hmmm... enjoy the weekend first.

10 for Physical Touch

The Five Love Languages

My primary love language is probably
Physical Touch
with a secondary love language being
Quality Time.

Complete set of results

Physical Touch: 10
Quality Time: 7
Acts of Service: 5
Words of Affirmation: 5
Receiving Gifts: 3

Information

Unhappiness in relationships, according to Dr. Gary Chapman, is often due to the fact that we speak different love languages. Sometimes we don't understand our partner's requirements, or even our own. We all have a "love tank" that needs to be filled in order for us to express love to others, but there are different means by which our tank can be filled, and there are different ways that we can express love to others.
